Sick, sleepy, or pollen?

At this moment, I don't know if I'm either sick, too sleepy, or suffering from high pollen. It's probably the lack of sleep plus the pollen, because my eyes itch. I had nearly 4 hours of sleep yesterday, and throughout the whole day today, I felt extremely tiresome and totally not awake.
