Today the CIT decided to tag along with the Teen Career Connection group, which is basically a group where teenagers experience how the college life is like. To do so, we visited a few colleges. Yesterday we visited Mercy College and today, Hofstra College.
It's completely different from high school. Everything. No more high school cliques, no more of that mutual, extremely-close bonds... you're all on your own! But the good thing is, it's a whole lot bigger. Which means more sports, major studies, and more!!!
Getting there was a pain. Take the subway, transfer to the Long Island train, transfer to another long island train, and get on a shuttle to the college. All together about 2 hours. When I got there, I was already tired. haha
